So I hear you think: Why are you posting about this anyway? When I saw this video I wandered, this is yet another tool that gives us the ability to do multiple things at the same time. For example, with Tap you can type messages while you are driving and watching the road. Multitasking seems to get more important these days since our lives get busier by the day. Some people say that we use only 10% of our brain. If that is true seems to be still unproved. But it is true that we don’t use our whole brain. Multitasking increases the usage of your brain, so this device may help you with that. On the other hand has using your phone too much a bad influence on your metal health. So what is this paradox? Is it helping us or not? Is it good for us or not? Nobody has studied it yet for as far as I know, but I think it’s a quite interesting subject. I’ll guess time will show us what the impact of devices like Tap is.

This is yet another post about smartphones. You may think it is kind of dull and easy maybe, but I think not. There is a reason why smartphone related subjects are so much represented at my blog: it is hot and happening, a big part of our daily life and it brings a lot of options for the near future.

Tap is a hardware device that connects with your smartphone. It looks a little like a knuckle-duster, but what it des is very different. Tap gives you the ability to make everything a keyboard. You can type at your table, your head, your couch and you’re the floor. It senses the movements of your fingers and translates that into numbers and letters. So, why do we really need this thing? Well, maybe we don’t. It comes quite handy in situations where you are not aloud to use your phone, like in class or during a meeting. But for the rest you can just as well type at your phone I think.
